We are now looking for Software Developers for our thermal management system

 

YOUR TEAM
You will be part of the team that develops the thermal management software, which includes thermal management of the compartment climate, high voltage battery and electrical powertrain of our coming vehicle Sango for shared mobility.

The work includes defining software architecture, software design/implementation as well as working with the build system and the way-of-working to have a well-functioning and robust software product.

The implementation is done in C++ using a Continuous Delivery Pipeline and targeting a Linux platform.

The work will be done in tight cooperation with System Engineers from other departments within NEVS as well as global partners and suppliers. You will have great possibilities to work close to the mechatronic environment and do some testing in the climate wind tunnel. All with the focus to combine the highest levels of quality and performance.

 

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Develop software architecture and software design for the thermal control software.
- Implement thermal control software and perform unit testing in a continuous delivery pipeline.
- Evolve the development environment as well as improving way-of-working.
- Support the development of vehicle level requirements.
- Define and maintain requirements for thermal software.
- Mentoring of colleagues.        

 

WHO YOU ARE
- Several years of experience from developing software in C++ and preferably CMake.
- Experience of developing control software preferable for a Linux platform.
- If you have domain knowledge of thermal systems, it’s a plus.
- Experience with using MATLAB/Simulink is a plus.
- Bachelor of Science or higher degree.
- Ability to share expertise to colleagues.
- Fluent English skills, both spoken and written.
- Experience with Yocto build system, Jenkins, Continuous Delivery Pipeline and AWS is a plus.
