Software Developer - Tietoevry Banking

Your mission will be to - along with a number of SCRUM teams - developing complex software applications for Capital Markets solutions for a leading Swedish business bank. Your work will cover the entire development process, from requirements analysis to design, implementation and quality assurance.
It is demanding tasks that require both knowledge, accuracy, creativity, and not least customer focus. Creating customer satisfaction both in terms of quality and delivery time frames. You will work with a number of Agile SCRUM teams where the focus is on cooperation with colleagues and with the customer, and where your role as a software developer is central and key for the success of the team. You need to have the ability to lead, inspire, inform and communicate, driven to deliver code and solutions that are future-proof, you will fit in perfectly with our dedicated and inspired team. We work according to the ITIL and SAFe Agile framework.
The ideal candidate for this service meets all the criteria below:
At least 1-3 years of development experience in C#
Solid experience in programming and software engineering
Speak and write fluently in both Swedish and English
Consulting experience and a good ability to communicate with customer representatives
Experience working with IT systems that support securities trading
Experience of running or actively participating and contributing to requirements analysis and feasibility studies
Onsite assignment in our customer´s office in Arenastaden, Solna/Stockholm, Sweden

In addition to your knowledge and several years of experience it is also required that you are a team player that enjoys collaborating, have good communication skills and can be convincing both to customers and colleagues. You are driven and take initiative. You are brave and daring with new ideas and guidelines. You will come up with suggestions and realize improvements and thrive working in a team. Tasks:
In the role as our software developer, you will be a driving force in the further development of the delivery.
This means, among other things:
Together with the customer software architects and our developers, develop and create technical strategies that involve the Sub Custody software applications
Development and programming in C#
Involved in the project and/or Scrum team, both in the prestudy phase, the requirements management phase and the development and implementation phases
The management and handling of cases received from customer where solution proposal and estimation is included
Support for the system in dialogue with the customer. On-call work and support are included in the role

Meritorious experience and knowledge:
Experience with IBM i (AS/400) and the programming language RPG ILE
Experience of working with Agile methodology and Scrum
Experience of work in the systems Sophistication/Wizer
Experience of SQL on IBM i
Experience in Microsoft .net, C #
Experience of Net Phantom and xml
Experience of ITIL Processes
Business knowledge in the areas of Clearing & Settlement and Corporate Actions
