Software Developer to 4C Strategies

YOUR ROLE

You will join our agile and cross-functional development team based in Sweden, US and UK. Our product Exonaut is a market-leading readiness management software platform, comprising fully integrated solutions for Risk, Business Continuity, Crisis Management, Compliance, Training and Exercises. Exonaut is supporting training and exercise management worldwide for the military, emergency, government and private sector.

As software developer you will be part of the whole development process and for example:

- design and develop large scale service oriented and distributed applications.
- work with our upcoming products.
- help with best practices, coding standards and design.
- share your knowledge among colleagues.
- be involved in technical dialogues with customers and presentations of our technical solutions.

YOU ARE

We are looking for you who are passionate about designing and developing innovative software solutions. You like working full stack but can have your focus in either back end or front end. Here you will for example work with Java, TypeScript, Angular, Spring Boot, Docker, MongoDB, Kafka etc. Good knowledge in English is required and preferably also in Swedish. It is a plus if you have experience in building large enterprise software systems.

You have your passion in creating great software but also to do it while having fun with your team. You are self-driven, take responsibility and like new challenges. You have good analytical and communication skills and a high level of quality consciousness in your work. Your mindset is flexible and curious and you easily adapt to new circumstances.

As our customers operate within fields that require security clearances, all employees of 4C Strategies need to be able to obtain a security clearance if required. Swedish citizenship or citizenship in a EU-/Schengen nation is an absolute requirement for the position.
