About the role
As a developer at Captario, you will get to work with new technology and complex challenges that are modern and cloud-based. You will be a part of one of our self-organizing teams. You'll get a mentor and all the support you need to get going quickly. Much of the functionality we develop is new, which means that you will work iteratively implementing and evaluating new features. You write and maintain testable code. You like to structure your work and take responsibility for what you and your team deliver. The tasks vary and are always interesting and challenging!

About you
We put great emphasis on your personal characteristics. You are proactive and independent and have a good ability to work in teams. You are motivated to perform in your role and contribute to your own result as well as the team's. You are flexible and humble to the views of others and find it fun when new ways of thinking take you to new solutions.

What's needed

- Solid backend development experience
- Senior developer/architect who can lead design and implementation of new user stories and bug fixes and perform thorough design reviews and code reviews
- Experience building scalable cloud-based solutions for Azure, AWS, Google Cloud or similar


Bonus skills

- Experience with Azure, Linux, Kubernetes, Terraform is a plus
- Experience in software security and secure coding
