We are looking for new a Developer (a.k.a. player) for our team Customer and Credit information, which are part of the company’s core function, Common Services. The function is a link between business and IT and takes on the responsibility in driving the development forward. Here we develop and maintain core applications and fundamental components that are used on an enterprise-level; security, authorization, portals, data warehouse, integrations, and reporting are among the things that we’re working with.
The team within Customer and Credit information build solutions that enable smart decisions for the Business Areas by providing them the best data during the whole customer lifecycle with real-time information, notifications on data updates and changes, smart data combinations.

About role 💼
In this role, you will be part of a cross-functional team consisting of backend developers, QA, and Product Owners in both Sweden and Serbia. You’ll work with improving applications that validate and report customers and credit information, which is integrated with internal and external services. Your so-called daily work will be:
- Shaping the requirements from the business perspective and converting them to technical solution
- Develop APIs for internal and external applications
- Collaborate with third-party providers
- Ensuring and shipping the best possible code with the use of test-driven development approach like unit-test and test automation
- Managing the structure of the application as well as troubleshooting and taking measures to fix eventual problems.
For the ambitious person, it will be possible to take on extra responsibility in the team; like participating in an upcoming project and getting the opportunity to take on an advising role within your team and the business.

You have a good foundation in backend development and that you have a solid interest in learning more about our business. You are a team player who thrives in cooperation and rejoices in common successes. Furthermore, you are independent, communicative, and good at collaborating with various stakeholders within the organization, and enjoy sharing your thoughts and knowledge. Your game history consists of:
️ Relevant education like computer science or equivalent work experience
️ A good track record of experience and knowledge of modern-day development practices.
️ Accustomed to working with agile methodologies.
️ Good knowledge of software lifecycle management
️ Fluently in English, both speech and writing.
Extra points if you have experience from FinTech industry and have been working with business-critical applications within .NET and Microsoft technology stack, but no requirement.
