Are you curious about the role of data in gaming? We are looking for a software developer interested in the collection process and analysis of data to make sure we better understand how our players interact with and enjoy our games. You will work on the data analysis team and be tasked with:
- Owning the development of our telemetry data in client and game servers
- Maintain and improve our data pipeline setup
- When applicable, participate in the exploration and visualization of data
You will work cross-disciplinary with several teams - from development to marketing and QA - and will cover a broad spectrum, from Unreal Engine to backend services and infrastructure in Google Cloud. Ultimately, your work will help us improve the experience we deliver to consumers.

A successful candidate has either proven experience in development or a relevant academic background. Personal drive, willingness to learn and ability to take ownership and relevant initiatives are important for the role.
This is an on-site position at Sharkmob's Malmö studio in Sweden.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in C++ and Python
- Experience with SQL and databases
- At least some understanding of common data engineering concepts: - ETL workflows
- Data warehouses
- Bound/un-bound streams
