Software developer with interest in production

Who is your future team?
You will be part of a team of 8 people with senior, experienced, and junior engineers working at PSSF (Production systems software and framework). The team develops high-quality, secure software used during the manufacturing process of all Axis products. Our systems run Worldwide 24/7, with our central hub located in Lund where all our data is collected for analysis and visualization. We work close together in an agile manner with a broad range of full stack tasks, touching on many of Axis technologies. We are also collaborating with several other key teams and projects within Axis.

Our systems run in both Windows and Linux environments, and our focus is to make them as efficient and reliable as possible to serve our users and other developers using them. We are always open to new ways to improve and are eager to learn about new technologies that contribute to an even better solution.

The team is well known for their competence and their high standard for quality solutions. As teamwork is crucial for the team it is important that you are communicative, in both Swedish and English, and can contribute to a good team spirit promoting a creative and stimulating work environment.

What you'll do here as Software developer?

Our technical stack consists of among others: C#/.NET, SQL (MySQL/MariaDB), Git(+Gerrit), Python, Linux (shell/bash), NI TestStand, Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana, in both Windows and Linux environments, but we are also welcoming to other programming backgrounds.

Interact with manufacturing partners globally.

We'd love to hear that you have/are:

Solid experience in software development with an engineering bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or other relevant education
*

An interest covering the whole development cycle meaning everything from design, implementing features to finished delivery.
*

From a technical perspective we would like to see that you have experience in C#/.NET and databases.
*

It is a plus if you have interest in the following technologies Docker, Ansible, Kubernetes, NoSQL-databases and "Big Data" tools/technologies.
