Volvo Penta is now increasing the focus against sustainable power solutions.
As a result of that we are now recruiting Software Developers to our Software Team within Powertrain Electronics.
You will be working mainly with applications within Electromobility, but also with Fuel Cells and Engine Management Control for combustion engines.

Who are we?
We, your 20 future colleagues at Volvo Penta Powertrain Electronics in Gothenburg, are responsible for developing control systems for fuel cells engine and combustion engines. We also develop software for electrical and hybrid driveline system used both in marine and industrial applications. Even though we represent different roles such as project leaders, system engineers, cable harness designers, test engineers and software developers, we see the importance of close cooperation and teamwork. Our team is participating in all stages of the product cycle – new development projects, product maintenance, quality issues and advanced engineering projects.
Who are you?
You love challenges and have a passion for embedded control systems. You have experience and deep knowledge within software development of embedded systems.

You have a Master Degree within Electronics, Mechatronics, Automation or Computer science
You should be able to communicate in both English and Swedish
You have a valid driver license
