Software Developer/Scrum Master

Job description
We are now looking for software developer/scrum master for one of our product teams in an automotive assignment. 


As member of this team, you will be building our new digital service platform for connected vehicles. Responsibilities
Keep the team organized, on track, and focused on what matters;
Serve as a bridge between product management and development;
Clear obstacles and protect the team from distractions;
Lead through influence and credibility;
Develop back-end services for our products;
Contribute to and drive world-leading software implementation;
Participate in test quality activities for our products.


Qualifications
At least 3-4 years of GoLang development experience;
Several years Cloud-based service development experience;
You have no problem using Python, Bash etc when it fits the situation;
Experience and appreciation of testing, both unit and instrumentation tests;
You are passionate about agile concepts and team work;
Proven track record as scrum master;
Experience with tools like JIRA and Confluence;
Ability to drive, motivate and convince the team members;
Persistency to pursue targets and take decisions;
Cultural awareness, especially Asian – European culture.
