Who we are
Our system acts as an interface between Scania electrical system and the customer and their electrical systems. We strive to make this interface best in class in terms of usability, flexibility and stability.
Our group consists of members with different background and different skills within embedded function development such as programming, testing and requirement specification. Everyone is contributing with a lot of engagement in order to deliver an excellent product for Scania and our customers. The group mentality is characterized by high productivity together with low prestige where everyone is helping each other to achieve a good result.
The section in which the group is acting is responsible for various embedded systems with in-house developed SW and functions. We work agile with cross-functional teams, given the responsibility to impact their way of working.
We are now looking for a new team member who would like join us and become an important part of shaping our future products.
In this position
You will create and develop the software in our embedded system or take the role as system test responsible. The implementation is written in C-code and to some extent based on SIMULINK-models, whereas the system test are python-code.
You work close together with your colleagues within test and/or requirement specification and together your form and develop the functions in the system.
You will be given a lot of responsibility when it comes to implementing and creating our functions, but also when it comes to our mission to never stop improving our way of working. It is also highly appreciated if you challenge yourself and try new tasks within the team.
Your profile
• Educational background is Master of Science in Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• You have a with passion for writing code and with good skills in C-code, python and Matlab/SIMULINK
• You have some years of experience within function development and embedded systems.
• You are curious, kind and team orientated colleague who can strengthen our team when it comes to implementation or system testing
