Software Development Engineer, Älmhult

For our client we are looking for a Software Development Engineer- Digital Products.
The purpose of the role is to secure the interoperability/compatibility and performance of our digital products during the development of the digital product offer process and after the sales start.

You will work with:
• Technical solution, Quality, Tests and Requirements.
• Main point of contact for our technical suppliers to assure they deliver quality.
• Gathers requirements from POD team and make sure they are implemented by technical supplier.
• Follow the bug backlog, prioritizing them to assure product’s quality.
• Make sure the products are compliant with market standards.
• Set, follow and analyze the quality KPIs and based on them take actions to improve the quality.
• Responsible for the test strategy.
• Set up the technical support and SLA needed from our partners after go live.
• Responsible of creating technical market insights and transfer them to project team.
• Measure and report technical performance of all digital products.
• Create and co-lead the development of common ways of working, guidelines, tools and strategies.

Requried skills:
• Has proven experience in leading and managing the delivery of system/software development projects in a structured environment.
• Experience in a variety of software development approaches and methodologies (Agile and Waterfall).
• Based on digital analytics create and implement improvement proposals.
•Capable of understanding and contributing to the technical solution from design through to code level.
• Has solid knowledge in programming, ideal has worked in a digital agency as a development coordinator/leader
• Has good knowledge of technical infrastructure (physical servers and cloud based solution) and will collaborate closely with our infrastructure specialist to assure the quality of our products.
• Always in touch with the new mobile technical trends, matching available technology on the market with clients internal needs, having in mind also how scalable and reliable are these solutions for the future.
• Digital enthusiast and advocate.
• Good communicator with a natural talent for analyze and attention to details.
