We’re now looking for a self-motivated and inspiring Software Development Lead with people management responsibilities, to join our competent and driven Design and Planning team within Digital Machining. Your mission
In this role, you work with our engineering function within Design and Planning – an agile team with responsibility for the end-to-end engineering aspects of multiple digital products. We operate close to our customers and solve real machining problems through modern cloud software and digital expertise. Together with us, you build and deliver user value based on customer feedback and past experiences, and you keep an eye on emerging technologies, competitors and what’s going on in the academic world to always stay one step ahead.
As we’re growing, along with being Software Development Lead, you lead a group of talented people driven by a shared desire to develop cutting edge digital products for the manufacturing industry. This position is located in Västberga, Stockholm or in Sandviken.
Your profile
We’re looking for someone who aims to constantly sharpen your role model skills and ways of working – motivating your team to challenge the status quo and turning good into great! You’re a driven developer with at least seven years’ experience and a knack for testing and automation, who creates scalable software solutions built on strong architectural frameworks.
You bring global experience, and your analytical and revolutionary mindset creates new innovations that can be packaged into our software products and solutions. Your tech interest goes deep, and your skills are backed by a relevant master’s degree. Experience from the manufacturing industry and an understanding of machining processes and methods are beneficial. As we’re a global business, you also need to be fluent in English, while Swedish is an advantage.
Skills needed to succeed:
Technical skill on .Net Core, Azure DBs (such as Cosmos and Data Lake), Azure DevOps, Three JS, Angular, HTML5
Nice to know:
C++, Python, Machine Learning
