Could you be the full-time Software Development Team Leader in Hässleholm we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your people management expertise in a new cutting-edge field and work alongside passionate, motivated, and dedicated teammates.
You'll lead team in a set of programs or projects, with focus on delivering Signalling solutions for our global products as well as for our market adaptations, ensuring quality and performance. You will staff the team and follow-up program/project strategy definition and task execution, delivering as per QCD (quality, cost, and delivery) commitments. You will lead continuous team improvement, plan trainings, coach team members, nurture skill growth and capitalization.
You will work closely together with other Project Managers, Program Managers, Line Managers and specialists within SW design, Safety and Quality.

Lead software development teams and individuals
Resource management, planning activities, status follow up and financials
Define project scope, goals and priorities together with involved stakeholders
Continuous development and improvement of project activities, ways of working

Engineering background
Hands-on experience leading individuals and complex software projects from start to end
Railway knowledge and experience with safety critical related systems are beneficial
Professional knowledge of C, C++ and agile software development is preferred
Experience with Git, Gerrit and GitHub is valuable
Good at building relations and finding common views during challenging situations
Ability to identify and mitigate risks
Excellent communication skills in English and preferable in Swedish
