Software Engineer

Job description
We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer  to join our clients team in a large and global company.
Software Engineering consists of the development, introduction and application of software to respond to customer requirements and to cost-effectively provide a means of analyzing, producing, distributing and storing information.



Responsibilities
Under general guidance of supervisor or more experienced engineer, you will perform various engineering duties requiring the exercise of judgment and application of standard engineering principles and practices.
You will take initiatives to improve effectiveness of the group and increase customer satisfaction or full fill legal or other agency requirements. 
 

Qualifications
We see that you have a genuine interest in computers, programming and new technology combined with several years’ experience from similar work. As a person you easily communicate with others and are a teamplayer.
Minimum requirements of education and experience is  2-6 years of work experience within the relevant field and a Bachelor or Master degree, or a another technical degree with 10-15 years of work experience within relevant field.  
 
Knowledge in Java, message brokers (ActiveMQ, RabbitMQ), databases (Microsoft SQL Server) is beneficial but not mandatory. 
Experience in scripting languages like Python is an added advantage
As you will be part of a global business, fluency in English is required, written and spoken alike. Knowledge in Swedish is a plus.
