Software Engineer

Business Tech is the new agile product organisation within the larger H&M group. You will be part of a team owning a product end-to-end with a mission to meet and exceed our customers’ expectations.
We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our Article Data Quality (ADQ) team within our Customer domain. The ADQ team enable article data transparency & ensure accurate article data is available, on time and in the right way, so that the H&M Group customers globally can be delighted by and shop our full assortment.


Job Description
To be successful in this role we believe you have a genuine passion for cloud solutions, continuous improvements, and a strong sense of team collaboration. You will play an important role in setting the foundation and creating our future organization. Therefore, some of the responsibilities will include:
Translate product strategy and requirements into suitable, maintainable, and scalable solution design according to existing architecture guard rails
Perform technical and architectural analysis of requirements and impact analysis
Collaborate with team to fulfill the architectural design
Cooperate with area architects within H&M Business tech to secure the solution position in the cloud landscape
Have a holistic view of how the solution adds value and ties into the defined business outcomes



Qualifications
Programming skills, in JVM Language (Java) (Hybris, Springboot)
Familiarity with Cloud architecture (Azure)
Are dynamic, collaborative, and curious
Are flexible, stress-resistant, and able to work in an environment that is not yet formalised
Experience with the full Software Development Life Cycle
Experience implementing new architecture at scale.
Have a “You build it you run it” mindset – with hands-on experience of DevOps or equivalent
Are fluent in English both written and verbal
