What will you do as our Software Engineer?
You will play a pivotal role in executing solutions that complies with coding standards in exceeding our costumers' expectations. You will develop and maintain the product unit's portfolio within the software area and work in close partnership with product management to find the best possible solutions for business challenges. Work alongside team members to elevate product technology, achieve elegant solutions, consistently apply best practices, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
In this role you will also:
Define, manage and deliver solutions providing specifications and determine operational feasibility.
Assess and analyze common patterns, debug and upgrade existing and new systems and products.
Identify and manage functional and non-functional requirements.
Refine product development processes and best practice.
Key member of individual and collaborative projects from idea to launch.
The skills and experience we are looking for
Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related fields.
Proven experience of software engineering or software development.
Hands-on experience using methods/tools like JIRA, GIT, Lean product development, Scrum, SAFe, Design for X and VA/VE.
Proficiency in Office tools.
Knowledge of algorithms and data structures.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken is required.
Experience in ERP, PLM, SW development, SW in complex HW products is a plus.
We believe you are proactive, inquisitive, encompasses a methodical mindset, and results oriented. You excel working independently as well as in a collaborative team effort. You like being challenged with complex tasks, possesses strong interest in technology and solution architect.
