Job Description
You will work alongside a Product Owner and Software Engineers in an agile team, with the responsibility for creating and designing solutions that fulfil our customers' shopping experience. We also want you to have scrum master skills - we believe you have passion for agile, have a strong agile and DevOps mindset as have an understanding for software development. You are a natural servant leader as you are smart, hungry, and humble always striving to continuously improve, learn and believe in a learning organization. Furthermore, you will:
Work with professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle
Translate product strategy and requirement into suitable, maintainable and scalable solution design
Collaborate closely with product owner and other cross-functional teams, share best practice as well as discuss and motivate design solutions
Ensure the architectural and strategic technical roadmap for the platform and be in the forefront of new features adding to the product
Work with development and integrations of several applications, in an advanced environment

Qualifications

Qualifications
-5+ years of experience working as a Software Engineer with additional scrum master skills for a product, online/ ecommerce or customer facing solutions.
-Experience in designing and developing responsive and fluid web applications
-Experience and knowledge of writing testable and high-quality code
-Experienced in agile software development practices (automated testing, mob/pair programming, CI/CD etc.)
-Comfortable in discussing product design and improvements
-Experienced in Azure DevOps and/or other cloud based architectures

Your number of years in this field will not be the most important factor in this case. We value your passion for coding and tech more and would like to see that you are eager to learn more in the area.
Your mindset & skills

Beneficial to have experience with customer facing sites, ideally retail and ecommerce. Ideal if there’s experience with large enterprises solutions.

We also believe that you:
Have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or other related field
Have a strong track record of deliveries and an agile/iterative mindset
Have strong developer skills coupled with an understanding of business language
Have experience and/or interest in technical product development.
Are experienced in tools as JIRA and Confluence
Are a team player, open minded and thrives in agile teams
Have good knowledge, both written and oral, in English
