Software Engineer

You will be responsible for the system requirements at vehicle level and work in one of the area like Motion Control, communication, vehicle management or driving area. You collect and align input requirements from lead engineer. You handle vehicle requirements and maintain logical design.
Main responsibilities:
You will be responsible for the vehicle level requirement and design implementation. Also establishing, planning and running the system related meetings to ensure appropriate cross functional representation and input from all relevant areas. You will have responsibility for:
Define vehicle level requirements in one of the assigned area mentioned above
Creating and maintaining logical design of the given system of the vehicle
Actively work with functional safety tasks like item definition, HARA, FSC and TSC
Define logical component requirements according to design
Supporting design and implementation work
Secure complete vehicle logical design consistency over the lifetime product
Contribute to continuous improvement of related processes
Skilled in writing verifiable requirements.
Experience from system design of software intense functionality in the automotive industry.

Knowledge / Experience:
Essential:
You hold a B.Sc. Eng, M.Sc. Eng or have an equivalent relevant education.
In your career you have acquired good knowledge in system and design engineering
You do have 3 to 5 years’ experience from automotive industry.
We see it positive if you also have experience from automotive requirement engineering.

Preferred:
Software and IT: - System Weaver knowledge is a merit.
PC Literacy: Microsoft Project, Power Point, Excel, Word etc
Experience from SysML modeling

Open minded with a “can do” mentality, structured and able to work independently as well as contribute to the team by working cross-functionally.
You should be systematic, thorough but also capable to adapt in a quick moving environment where the prerequisites can change on short notice.
Ability to keep many tasks running in parallel.
Transparent, knowledge sharing and willing to learn new things.
