Who the team are
At Core System Platform we are building a computer-in-the-car architecture, a key for enabling innovation within areas such as advanced connectivity, machine learning and autonomous drive. Our mission is to create a Vehicle Control Unit platform using new technologies like NVIDIA DRIVE™ OS and NVIDIA’s latest chip technology in combination with more traditional car signaling technologies. We are committed to delivering platform functions simplifying the application development to create a safe, reliable, and secure platform solution within Volvo Cars for increased innovation and speed.

What you will do
As a Test Engineer at Secure Gateway within Core System Platform, you will work as part of an agile team, building solutions which are safe, secure and reliable.
You will create automated test routines enabling our solutions to be compliant with the highest cyber security standards in the car industry.

Who you are
We want to work with you who have a keen interest in network technologies and network security and want to work in an evolving industry. You like solving problems together with others. You are a customer-oriented person who enjoys being part of a team where you take your own initiative and take pride in your own and the team’s deliveries.
You have a broad background within software, both coding and testing. You also possess great skills in automated tests with good experience in embedded systems. You are experienced in working in a Linux environment and you have good knowledge of Python and C/C++. You are very familiar with network protocols and network routing and have had opportunities to work with cybersecurity testing.
