Job Description
We are looking for an experienced software engineer with a background in agile technology and practices, who will be responsible for developing and maintaining our Atlassian cloud platform.
You will be a part of an exciting, fast-paced environment at H&M Group Functions where you will have the opportunity to develop and utilize your engineering and Atlassian product skills. Our organization values continuous improvement, and you will play a key role in identifying areas for development and implementing new solutions for our users.
To thrive in this position, you need to feel equally solid in software engineering as in lean thinking, agile principles, and DevOps practices. Are you ready to take your knowledge of the Atlassian platform to the next level by working with an Atlassian platinum customer, having more than 5,000 users across the world?
Some of your responsibilities will include:
Helping users remove impediments in their daily use of the platform
Making sure that the platform remains in pristine condition while developing new features in alignment with the organization's needs, processes, and standards
Continuously monitor and evaluate the usage of the platform and identifying areas for improvement
Staying updated with the latest Atlassian products, features, and practice



Qualifications
Proficiency in usage and administration of Atlassian products such as Jira, Confluence and Access
Solid background as a software engineer, preferably in JavaScript and Node.js
Strong understanding and hands-on experience with lean and agile methods and frameworks, such as Scrum, Kanban, and DevOps, preferably from large organisations
Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and in team settings
Strong written and verbal communication skills
