SOFTWARE ENGINEER BACKEND - Goteborg/Remote

This position is part of our Global Online Digital team, which uses digital technology to revolutionise the consumer experience. There's no reason why the process of purchasing a car should be as painful and difficult as the experience of actually owning a new automobile. That is our goal. You will be in charge of designing front-end software for consumer and corporate products in over 100 countries. We develop end-to-end experiences for online auto sales/subscriptions, worldwide marketing, and frameworks for various sections of the company.You are an experienced back-end developer with hands-on experience. You have prior expertise with agile development and are a proponent of best practises in software development.


You and your abilities


You've worked as a back-end software developer before. To be successful in this profession, you must have at least 5 years of experience creating applications.
High level of skill in one of the following languages: Java or C#
Excellent command of at least one extra language of: Python, Typescript, and Go
Excellent understanding of at least two of the following database technologies: SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and CosmosDB are all examples of database systems.
API development and documentation experience
Experience with one or more cloud providers, such as AWS or Azure
Extensive knowledge of unit and integration testing
Knowledge of Service-Oriented Architectures
Understanding and use of Clean Code and SOLID concepts
Last but not least, share our enthusiasm for automobiles and automotive innovations.
