Minimum work experience:
* Suitable education (BSc/MSc in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or the equivalent)
* At least 1 year working experience with object-oriented programming language (such as C++, Python, Java, etc.)


Additional skills that would be considered a plus:
* Experience in translating business requirements into rule flows, decision trees, business object models and managing Business Rules catalogs
* Knowledge of Rules Extraction, Documentation, Categorization
* Knowledge of Rules Analysis to identify issues/redundancy/complexity
* Knowledge or hands on experience with Web Services (REST, SOAP, etc)
* Knowledge of test-first practices including Test-Driven Development (TDD) for unit tests  
* Knowledge of CI/CD or similar release management processes 
* Familiarity with e-identification tools, credit bureaus across different markets and automated decision engine solution
* Familiar with business process modelling tools (e.g. Microsoft Visio, IBM Blueworks Live, etc)
* Experience working agile
* Working experience with FICO Decision Modeler (Rule Development Engine) is considered a big plus
