Your future team
The team is responsible for the development of secure device management, which is used by a majority of Axis customers and partners worldwide. The team contains about 16 skilled and motivated engineers with great diversity and good team spirit.

Your role
As SW Engineer, you will work in an agile team containing five engineers. Your main tasks will be:

* Understand the requirements from product managers and design and develop device management software, on edge as well as on cloud level. You will work with modern software development technologies such as cloud development platform (AWS and Azure), Golang and micro services.
* Cyber security will be one important aspect in your design and development work.
* The role has the possibility, at times, to go to conferences and customer meetings.

Additionally, we prefer that you have the following background and skills:

* Bachelor or Master of Engineering in Computer Science or equivalent
* With an agile mindset and understanding of DevOps.
* Experience with various SW Technologies and tools such as DynamoDB, PostgreSQL, GIT as well as working in Linux development environment .
* Bonus points for experience with Cyber Security and cloud SW development such as AWS or Azure platform.
