We are currently looking to recruit a Software Engineer
in Stockholm, for our Development Center Sweden division
Your role
As a Software Engineer you will be responsible for developing and maintaining new and existing products that are part of the train onboard system, while ensuring safe and reliable system performance. This requires experience in software design and understanding of overall system architecture and requirements. The establishment of safety-related documentation is part of the work scope, such as developing and maintaining software architecture specifications and design documentation. The responsibilities also include code verification.

Responsibilities
Define and analyse requirements of safety critical software
Design and document software systems, both architecture and functionality, using UML and other relevant methods
Implementation of software
Verification and code review


Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering or another relevant degree
Experience and understanding of requirement management and system architecture
Experience with embedded software development in a relevant industry (e.g. industrial control, aerospace, automotive, robotics)
Solid experience in C and C++ programming
Experience in low-level embedded development, including bare metal, Linux and real-time operating systems such as FreeRTOS or similar
Experience with sensor fusion and Kalman filtering with inertial sensors and GNSS
Experience with safety-critical software development processes (EN50128 or e.g. ISO 26262 / IEC 61508 / IEC 62279) is an advantage
Experience with DOORS and CI/CD using tools such as Git, Gerrit, Jenkins is an advantage
Fluent in English (Swedish is an advantage)
