Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Software Engineer who is experienced in software Process, Methods, and Tools information management (PMTi).

What you'll do:
● Be part of an agile team interacting with other fellows working on the backlog items and priorities set by the product owner (on team level) and/or product manager (on eART level).
● Act as a go-to person supporting the SW community by answering questions, joining meetings/workshops being a subject matter expert in software engineering.
● Participate in various operational development tasks, assisting in creating and documenting software development guidelines and best practices.
● Train, guide and coach design departments (at all levels) on process, methods and appropriate tools according to software development design praxis.
● Develop elegant solutions for complex problems and actively contribute to post-release maintenance issues.
Who you are:
● Have some experience or are familiar with Cybersecurity and System Safety aspects of the above-mentioned areas (being those part of the entire scope of the enabling ART you belong to).
● Have M.Sc or B.Sc degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
● Have gained at least 5 years of practical experience from embedded (automotive) software development.
● Familiar with Scrum principles and Agile way of working and actively participate to team activities and contribute to the team spirit in which common goals, success, and failures are shared.
● Have excellent communication, collaboration, presentation, and pedagogical skills and are fluent in spoken and written English.
