Assignment Description:
As a Software Engineer Level 3, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining highly secure applications serving connected cars and their users as part of the Connected Experience organization within R&D. The Car Cloud Platform mission within the Department Connectivity and Car Cloud Platform is to enable cloud services globally to contribute to the overall connected experience.
In this role, you will work in an ever-evolving agile environment as part of an empowered product team that strives for continuous learning and improvement. You will collaborate with your Product Owner to ensure the right functionality is being developed and estimate the size and complexity of the work to plan upcoming sprints. You will determine and maintain the technical design in our area within the given architectural guidelines.

· Use technologies such as Java, Spring, Docker, Kubernetes, Cassandra, PostgreSQL, Redis, Splunk, Kafka, JMS, ActiveMQ-Artemis, GitLab, Kustomize, Grafana, Prometheus, PagerDuty, ArgoCD, GIT, Jira, Agile (Scrum, Kanban), SAFe, DevOps, WebService (REST), Junit Testing, Maven
Who you are:
· Minimum of 5-7 years of experience with Java development
· BSc degree or higher in computer science or equivalent
· Experience with IoC (e.g., Spring), DevOps, test automation, and system monitoring
· Experience with technologies such as Kubernetes, Kafka, Cassandra, REST, and JMS/AMQP/MQTT
· Understanding of agile development methodology principles (e.g. SAFe, Scrum, Lean, Kanban)
· Experience working in product teams
· Fluent in English
· Genuine interest in working and developing in a product area
· Strong teamwork, collaboration, and eagerness to learn and develop new competences
· Stay on top of technology evolution within software development and provide new ideas to continuously improve the product and processes
