Software Engineer IT-solutions within External and New Sales Channels

Join our Franchise store team working to constant improve and adapt our franchise concept. We help our partner succeed in customer acquisition and sales of our assortment in physical store.
We are looking for a Software Engineer with a partner driven business focus, having a huge impact over our IT-solutions enabling our franchise business model. You will drive improvements integrating internal and external processes affecting existing routines. We are on an exciting journey within our team and this is your chance to be a part of building something new and define our technical roadmap going forward.
About the role
As a Software Engineer within our area you will work as one team and review technical solutions together with product owner, architect and business experts. This means communication cross-teams and with many different stakeholders internally and externally.
What you´ll do
Collaborate closely with product owner, business experts and other stakeholders to discuss and design solutions and processes
Support and develop H&M´s internal model and process setup for Franchise, and how IT-solutions and business models affect existing routines.
Support and participate in maintenance, tests and follow-up, troubleshooting and fixes.
Educate and support our partners to handle content and functions of our business processes, integrations and connections.
The Franchise product does not develop its own tech- functions, so focus is on aligning development within other internal product teams from different areas of our organization

What you´ll bring
In this role we see a huge advantage if you have a good understanding of business processes within the retail domain. Also, if you have worked in an context with supply chain processes with store operation focus.
A good understanding of IT-solutions enabling business concepts within retail
Proven communications skills with internal and external stakeholders
Experience in managing IT-related projects
Business process experience related to Supply Chain flow (Purchasing, Logistics, Accounting, BI)
ERP knowledge connected to Supply chain processes
Excellent skills in English, verbally as well as in writing
