Software Engineer Level 3 - (Göteborg )/Remote

Your knowledge
o Experience in manufacturing, automotive, and supply chain Software programming, IT operations, DevOps enablement, testing, configuration, and business analysis o Multi-vendor context o Working in distributed teams o Agile methods of working, preferably SAFe methodology o Experience in Azure DevOps, Jira, or equivalent
Your general abilities
• Ability to mentor and teach peers • Documentation and visualisation abilities, as well as a strong ability to pedagogically express complicated parts of one's field of speciality
• The ability to deal with ambiguity and consistently converge on desired answers.
• Capabilities in collaborative design
• Strong problem-solving abilities, including the capacity to analyse and solve difficult challenges. • Knowledge of Agile and Lean methodologies, as well as the ability to use Scrum and Kanban approaches.
• Must be fluent in English
• 4-7 years of IBM Mainframe development and maintenance experience
• Strong technical skills in Cobol • Strong technical skills in JCL Should have
• Should have hands-on experience with databases such as IMS DB (DL1), IMS DC, and/or DB2.
• Eazytrive experience • API management
