Software Engineer Level - Application Specialist - Gothenburg

Assignment Description:
As a Software Engineer Level 4 - Application Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining, supporting, and configuring the TACDIS CRM product. The product is in maintenance mode and does not have any new functionality development needs other than mandatory upgrades and adjustments. The product consists of an external development team with a focus on maintenance.
In this role, you will be part of a team whose main responsibility is the TACDIS CRM product. Your focus will mainly be on support, configuration, and tasks needed for maintaining the product in production, such as requirement analysis, testing, and customer dialogue.
What you'll do:
· Maintaining, supporting and configuring the TACDIS CRM product.
· Requirement analysis, testing, and customer dialogue.
· Collaborating with external development team.
· Work with CaesarCRM-platform with MSSQL database and .net framework.
· Work with Microsoft SQL, Azure DevOps, C#, .net 5 /.net Core.
Who you are:
· Minimum 5-7 years of experience in software development, with a focus on maintenance and support.
· Strong experience with Microsoft SQL, Azure DevOps, C# .net 5 /.net Core.
· Experience with CaesarCRM-platform.
· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
· Strong communication and customer service skills.
· Having a Bachelors/master’s in computer science or related field.
