Software Engineer- New Video Products Department

JOB DESCRIPTION Axis' overall goal is to further strengthen and develop the company's position as the market-leading supplier of network video solutions.In order to do so we need enthusiastic and bright people.At the moment we are looking for a Software Engineer to work with the development of our Fixed Cameras and Fixed Dome Cameras.As software engineer you will play an important part in the development projects, developing software in an embedded environment for our new products.You will belong to a department responsible for the development of all our network cameras, from idea to mass production.Your main tasks will be to: Participate in product development projects, developing network cameras based on our internal technology platform Perform analysis, design, implementation and write unit tests of new functionality in our network cameras Integrate and verify software created by other Axis departments Perform advanced debugging of complete embedded systems YOUR QUALIFICATIONS We believe you have a genuine interest in programming and a bachelor's or a master's degree in computer science, electrical engineering or similar.You have experience from C-programming in a Linux environment.
