Job Description

You will be a part of the Agile WoW Tools team, a fun, high performing and motivated cross functional team that always finds a way forward together! The team allow seamless, frictionless solutions to how we shape the agile future, what tools to use and develop H&M Groups' way of working. The team is responsible for the tools Jira, Confluence and Advanced Roadmaps, providing them to all development teams within the Business Tech organization.


Responsibilities


As a software engineer in the Agile WoW Tools team, you will be a key enabler to how we shape and develop our agile transition since we create the recommended way of working in the tools supporting agile work. We are looking for someone experienced working in Jira and Confluence – that can lead and inspire the development teams on the agile journey going forward! To succeed in this role, we believe you will combine your technical expertise in the field with the understanding of the user’s perspective and the agile way of working methodology.


General tasks include but are not limited to the following:
Work proactively, continuously improve and inspire others on our agile WoW transition journey
Manage Atlassian Access by maintaining user provisioning via Azure AD and maintain sites within the Atlassian organization, automate user provisioning to adhere to GDPR & other regulations
Create automations to archive inactive data in Atlassian tools.
Use APIs for automation
Create automation scripts to automate project/space archival, user deactivation, etc
Secure that the requirements for IT security and data privacy are met in the tools
Host demos and training sessions in the agile wow tools.

Who are you?
We believe you have extensive working experience in agile methodology and have worked in a Scrum team for 3-5 years. You understand users’ perspectives and provide the needed support on time. We also believe you continuously improve solutions in complex, quickly transforming environments and take initiatives and drive change within the team. You have the ability to communicate and collaborate with others and are not afraid to take the lead in exploring the future agile ways of working.
To succeed in this role, we believe you have:
Work experience in Agile Methodologies (including Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.)
The ability to understand the perspective for a user in a development team
Previous experience of working in Scrum team
Experience of working as a Jira/Confluence Cloud Admin
Experience in creating and maintain integrations with Azure DevOps, Git-Hub and/or other development tools.
