What you’ll do
In our cluster Quality & Compliance, we are now hiring one Software Engineer in Product Development (PD) Support team.
The cluster consists of 5 different products where Product Owners and team members work alongside in an agile way to deliver value to the Products that are aligned to the architectural runway.
As a Software Engineer you enable product development by working as a liaison among different stakeholders to understand the customer benefits and needs, and by supporting backlog refinement in accordance with the Product Owner’s and the team’s agenda. You will be part of the whole development lifecycle, not only the actual implementation in code.
Your responsibilities will be to facilitate a grounded way of working with focus on value creation and enhanced user experience.
What you’ll bring
We believe that you have a master’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and some years of work experience. You have experience and technical knowledge in React (TypeScript), .NET Core (C#) and SQL. You are used to creating CI/CD pipelines. You have experience in A/B testing and Service Mesh principles as well as test oriented development and test automation.
Moreover, you have experience with web development (backend and frontend) and MS Azure cloud. You know how to design enterprise applications. You have experience of integrating data from various back-end services and databases. You are used to writing well designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices. You want to participate in software release and post-release activities. You are familiar with agile methodologies (DevOps, project management, organizing backlog and tasks). Furthermore, we believe that you have: 

▪ Experience of SAFe, Scrum, and writing epics, features, and stories in an effective format.
▪ Ability to pinpoint value creating activities in relation to a vision.
▪ Servant leadership in complex situations to achieve great, holistic results.
▪ Analytical Skills – ability to conceptualize and visualize gathered information in a structured and pedagogic way.
▪ Critical thinking and problem solving - ability to evaluate and examine a situation from different parties’ perspectives so that everyone involved understands and then holistically create a base for decision making.
▪ Ability to understand customer/end user needs and then convey them into backlog items that enable the team delivery. Experience in UX Process and User journey’s is meritorious.
▪ Capability to define the business value of the product area value and surrounding value streams.
▪ Collaboration, facilitation, and delegation skills to involve and engage stakeholders and team members to create ownership and gain results.
