About our team (Lund offices)

We are rapidly growing in our Lund offices and welcoming new colleagues with an interest to grow. You will contribute as an SW engineer in our Lund team to the development of core features and automated testing supporting the overall quality. Our teams are working in many different areas from car feature development, SW build tools & CI pipelines, and system analyses solving issues other teams have trouble figuring out themselves. 

The teams are working in an agile way where they have great independence, ownership, and trust. We have a warm and relaxed atmosphere where you will be an important contributor to the team. In our team, you will be working through all phases of software development. 
You will design, build, test, and integrate SW, aligned with deliverables and deadlines. Our software will run on emulators as well as real hardware. You will enable the building of the next generation of Volvo cars.

What you’ll bring
You are a humble, driven person, eager to join one of our high-performing teams.  We believe you have 5+ years of software development experience with Python in a Linux environment, working with agile development, preferably an MSc or BSc in Computer Science or similar. 
You are eager to grow professionally and motivated to take on challenging tasks in a complex, innovative environment. You are also fluent in English and able to communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Meritorious qualifications:
•    Experience using CMAKE
•    Experience from ISO26262 and ASIL compliant development
•    Experience from Automotive industry.
•    Zuul and Jenkins
•    Configuration Management experience.
