Description
The client is now looking for a Software Engineer to the team thats in charge of Store Stock Moves SAP. The team consists of 10 team members including a Product Owner, a Business Expert and Software Engineers. They optimize product availability by moving store stock to the right place and right time with their SAP based solution considering both sustainability and the customers’ needs. Store staff find our solutions as automated as possible and where not possible they are intuitive and fun to use.
The role Software Engineer holds a broad spectrum from functional knowledge, configuration to testing and technical competences covering SAP SD, MM & NWP.
Work tasks:
- Work with professional software engineering practices and best practices for the full software development life cycle
- Translate product strategy and objectives into world-class maintainable and scalable solutions
- Collaborate and co-create closely with your Product Owner and other teams
Mandatory competence and experience:
- Experience in agile software engineering with Kanban.
- SAP configuration experience mainly in SAP SD/MM
- Analysing production incidents
- Have good knowledge, both written and oral, in English
- Solution design and database modelling
- Test automation and integration testing
- Known enterprise integration patterns
- Agile methodology: SCRUM, Kanban, Safe
- Drive top priority initiatives from our business units
- Requirement’s design
- Functional testing
Preferred competence and experience:
- Supply chain experience
- Experience with TOSCA/ECT
- SAP EWM
Preferred personal qualities:
- Ability to understand and analyze complex information and share it in effective and powerful communications
- Ability to understand people psychology and to connect to people to encourage new behaviors
- Ability to take responsibility, work proactively and continuously improve activities in complex, quickly transforming environments
