What you will do
As a Software Engineer within the product area Colleague Support & Services you will have the chance to build, enhance, deploy and troubleshoot conversations in our Virtual Agent. You will train the NLU with correct terminology to make sure we can provide the best possible experience for our amazing colleagues within all H&M Groups brands around the world. Focusing on solutions for our global support teams creating an understanding for the different business needs translating them to available functionality as well as coming innovation. You will also play an important role in the co-operation with the ITSM platform teams within the organisation to secure we are aligned with ServiceNow best practices.
Your mindset & Skills
You will be part of a product team of amazing professionals working together with data-driven insights combined with input from Helpdesk agents to make the Virtual Agent a part of our Awesome Colleague Support experience. You have a great impact to improve and digitalize the processes and to be in the forefront of new technological initiatives when it comes to automation and machine learning. To meet the expectations of our colleagues you will collect requirements and needs and be in close dialogue with different stakeholders throughout the organisation. You like to roll up your sleeves and create at all levels to get the job done. We have a great tolerance for failures paired with high expectations on competence.
We are looking for you who:
As a Software Engineer at H&M Group you will embark on a journey that will lead to something new and exciting - we will test, fail and learn. You are an important player in this transformation, and so we believe you are communicative, flexible, stress-resistant and able to work in an environment that is not yet formalized. You have previous experience from working in large companies with many stakeholders, you have worked with distributed teams, with integration platforms and you know how to translate business requirements and visualize technical roadmaps. We also believe that you:
Excellent experience in working with Service Now is crucial
Are certified in ServiceNow ITSM
Are certified in CSA Cert
Have great experience in stakeholder management
Have a demonstrated history of working according to agile practices with knowledge of Scrum & SAFe Agile WoW and CI/CD tools
Have good knowledge, both written and oral, in English
