Description

The Customer Care Product Area strive to give the Client's customers a superior experience by empowering their customer facing staff with the abilities to resolve customer questions and issues quickly, easily and with respectful treatment of the Client's customers' personal data.

In the product Care Channels the Client offer solutions for customers in a convenient way to contact customer service. Regardless if the customer wants to talk, chat or send an email they make sure that the customer can reach their agents. They make it easy for agents to respond to customer inquiries on all channels. The Client's responsibility includes all brands, all markets at a global scale. They are always there for the customer: in the phone, on the web or in the app.

Work tasks:

As a Software Engineer you are responsible for the entire software life cycle - design, development, test, release and maintenance and translates business needs into working software. Regardless of area, tools or languages, a software engineer builds and configures solutions that are easy to maintain and change, enabling a constant delivery pace to be kept indefinitely. This is achieved through continuous attention to technical excellence and good design, with extensive use of automation.

The Software Engineer believes in a non-hierarchical culture of collaboration, transparency, safety, and trust. The Client believe that you are a focused on value creation, growth and serving customers with full ownership and accountability. Delivering exceptional customer and business results.

Mandatory competence and experience:

- Used to lead test activities in close collaboration with IT, business, vendors and project leaders
- Experienced in: - Writing test cases in accordance to requirements
- Run test workshops with different stakeholders
- End to end testing



- Be able to set a short term plan for test, including: - Detailed plan
- Follow up
- Communication to stakeholders



- At least 3-4 years of practical experience of test lead
- English, oral and written


Preferred competence and experience:

- Experience working in global teams with both internal resources, vendors and business.
- Earlier work with Contact Center systems.
- Good business knowledge in the customer service area.
- Swedish, oral and written is meriting


Preferred personal qualities:

- Ability to understand and analyse complex information and share it in effective and powerful communications
- Ability to understand people psychology and to connect to people to encourage new behaviors
- Ability to take responsibility, work proactively and continuously improve activities in complex, quickly transforming environments
