We are seeking for a Customer Service specialist. The consultant will be assigned to the Disputes and Returns Core team.
The Disputes / Returns Core team is made up of a product manager, seven developers, and an analyst. The team is part of the wider Complaints / Returns group, which handles the full disputes process, from consumers registering their issue in the Klarna app to contacting merchants for more information and, finally, customer service agents deciding the outcome of the dispute.Skill Set Required
You must be familiar with the following competencies to be considered for this position:
BE: Node.js, Express.js, Apache Kafka TypeScript / JavaScript
React, React Native, and Redux are examples of front-end frameworks.
AWS, Terraform, and Docker are examples of infrastructure.
Jest, Mocha, and Chai are being tested.
Requirements
Previous expertise in both frontend and backend development is required; applicants with excellent backend experience will be given preference.
Strong knowledge of JavaScript, including its quirks and workarounds
I am passionate in architecting and coding scalable cloud apps.
Understanding of metrics for monitoring and alerting
The ability to write clean, efficient JavaScript code, Solid understanding of testing foundations and recommended practises, Outstanding writing and verbal communication abilities. It's convenient to have. Working knowledge of API design and the API-first design methodology, Working knowledge of AWS Lambda, SQS, and SNS particularly, Working knowledge of the event sourcing pattern.
