Software Engineer (System Administrator)

Are you passionate about supporting a BI platform and ensuring system stability for over 10000 users?
We are looking for a System Administrator to join GBI Reporting & Visual Analysis Guild and enhance Business Intelligence capabilities within the Swedbank.

In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
- Support & maintain existing platform solutions, mainly within MicroStrategy;
- Design and develop stable and reliable fit-to-purpose BI solutions based on business needs;
- Create & maintain technical documentation and keep it up to date;
- Become a part of an Agile team working in a modern and dynamic international environment;
- Become an expert and learn the best practices in BI development area;
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues and business users.


What is needed in this role:
- Experience in administration of a MicroStrategy platform (incl. user groups, project licenses, security roles and server configuration, etc.);
- Be team-oriented, open-minded, and communicative;
- Constant learning and self-development attitude;
- Agile mindset and a structured way of working;
- Understanding the business user needs;
- Relevant University degree in a technical subject (preferably in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics);
- Experience in Mobile Application development and/or Tomcat webserver knowledge under MicroStrategy Platform would be considered as strong advantage;
- Professional English language skills (written and verbal).
