Software Engineer - Video Analytics

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS You have a master�s in computer science and/or software technology or similar and at least two year of relevant work experience, including embedded systems programming. Your abilities in C-programming are good and you have experience of algorithm development for video analytics or image processing.Skills in software modularization, module interface design and hardware abstraction techniques are desired and knowledge of algorithm development for analytic applications outside the video domain, e.g.audio, is a merit.Apart from this we believe you are a patient, driven and innovative team player with the ability to see challenges instead of problems.You also have very good English and Swedish skills.THE CORE TECHNOLOGIES TEAM The Core Technologies team are responsible for the long-term technology agenda within the strategic areas Vision, Imaging and System.We perform technology roadmapping; execute the roadmap by developing technologies and assist toward platform integration of technologies.We also act as a competence centre within Axis with regard to the core competence areas.In addition to this we define test methods and standards to be used by Axis as a whole.
