Job Description
The ISSO team (In-Store Stock Optimization) owns the Store Stock inventory solutions of the H&M Group which secures overall Stock Accuracy/Transparency resulting in increased Size Availability for our Customers and in the end increased selling.
We are in very busy period completing rollout of RFID into all Markets/Brands of the H&M Group as well as working with innovation and Team development to create the best Product outputs possible.
As a Software Engineer within our Team, you will have a lot of responsibility for helping us secure 2 billion SEK/Year in increased selling due to the inventory solutions we run and continuously develop. You will be a key player in helping us take the next steps modernizing our solutions, like utilizing AI, while always working close to Business.
We are looking for a Software Engineer with a couple of years of experiences in configuration/development and testing within the SAP landscape ready for a new challenge delivering world-class Store Stock Inventory solutions.
Tools: SAP MM/SD, ServiceNow, Atlassian JIRA, Microsoft SQL, SAP HANA Studio, FIORI portals And O365
Qualifications
Responsibilities-
Work with professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle
Translate product strategy and requirement into suitable, maintainable, and scalable solution design
Collaborate closely with Business, Product Owner and other cross-functional teams, share best practice as well as discuss and motivate design solutions
Ensure the architectural and strategic technical roadmap for the platform and be at the forefront of new features adding to the product
As a team we are fully responsible for the whole development cycle, design, build, test, deploy, evaluate, and repeat. The mindset “You build it – you run it “is key for us. We are measured on the business outcome, not code merge or defects.
Mandatory skills
5+ years of experience within SAP MM/SD configuration, testing, and support.
Experience within Agile ways of working
Experience in incident handling processes with managed third parties.
Analyze business requirements and come up with solutions
Write technical specifications to develop new features/functions
Configure/Develop according to best practices and guidelines by H&M Group
Identify/Investigate issues/problems and come up with solutions
Great communication skills with fluent in English, oral and written.
Optional but considered a plus
Experience within the field of RFID and/or Stock Inventory Solutions
Knowledge in Azure DevOps and/or other cloud environments
Knowledge of API design and integration, published API services to the cloud
Any knowledge in the areas of ABAP, integrations, and Fiori
