Description

The client is now looking for a Software Engineer. The product area Core SAP enables the company's ecosystem by providing stable, agile, scalable and secure platforms.

The enablement product team SAP Security supports the business tech product teams with seamless SAP Security and clear guardrails through its different streams.

Work tasks:

- Lead and drive SAP Security/R&A projects through the entire project lifecycle with expected outcome, deliverables and identified(project) risks
- Facilitate workshops, solution and technical forums and other collaboration forums
- Identify, plan and follow-up activities and deliverables based on agreed scope and requirements
- Analysis of requirements and scope setting, translate requirements to SAP Security/R&A technical scope and processes
- Design SAP roles together with the requestor and according to current processes, security concepts and best practice
- Collaborate cross-product teams/areas and suppliers throughout the different phases
- Secure transition to Operations and other stakeholders
- Continues improvements and proactiveness as a way of working


Mandatory competence and experience:

- Experience in driving SAP Security projects and SAP implementation projects
- Excellent technical skills and hands-on experience in various SAP Standard Authorization concepts and SAP Best Practice
- Good understanding of authorization risks (segregation of duties, GDPR, sensitive access etc.)
- Ability to plan and manage projects in complex global environments
- Experience working according to agile practice
- Manage MS Office 365 excellent


Preferred competence and experience:

- SAP Security experience from S/4 ECC or S/4 EWM brownfield or greenfield implementation projects
- Experience in IT Security and standard Security Frameworks
- Knowledge of IT Governance
- Experience in System Security
- ITIL certified
- SAFE certified
- Experience from Retail industry


Preferred personal qualities:

- Ability to understand and analyze complex information and share it in effective and powerful communications
- Ability to take responsibility, work proactively and continuously improve activities in complex, quickly transforming environments
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities and multiple tasks
- Self-driven and work independently
- High attention to details
- Excellent communication and presentation skills


Language skills

- English - excellent written and verbal communication skills at both technical and non-technical levels
