Job Description


You will be a part of a cross functional recently established agile product team, working with setting up a range of B2B solutions. Taking lead and actively seeking ways to establish a cloud and service-oriented architecture. Setting up a holistic view of how the solutions will add value to the business. You will work alongside the Product Owner, to improve existing systems and develop new B2B distributed systems. Business Tech is a highly collaborative and global function within H&M, with many opportunities to try out creative and innovative ideas.
Some of your daily work includes:
Design, develop and support the systems solutions in the product.
Translate strategies and requirements into modern and scalable solution designs.
Use an experimental mindset to identify, evaluate and recommend alternative designs.
Collaborate with other product teams (local and distributed) to help and provide the best end-user experience.
Seek opportunities to automate, document and improve processes.



Qualifications


Requirements, both competence and tools:
As a Software Engineer / Developer at H&M Group, we believe that you will have the ability to apply leading software development practices and present alternative solutions and technical choices. To do this, we think you have a curious mindset, excellent communication skills as well as:
Required skills*
Ability to read, write and review code (C#/.NET)
Writing and maintaining automated test
Developing, maintaining, and integrating with APIs
Developing containers and microservices
Setting up and manage release pipelines (CI/CD) with automated tests
Experience from an Agile way of working (SAFE or similar)
Experience from working with Relational Databases

Preferred skills
Multi-year experience in Cloud (Azure/Kubernetes)
Good knowledge in the best practices regarding Cloud Security and Risk management
Experience from large global complex system landscapes
Experience working with GraphQL or gRPC
Experience from B2B processes
Experience from EDI set-ups
