What you’ll do at Elekta 
As a Software Engineer with Test Experience your primary responsibility will be related to test activities, but there will also be implementation of our products and research explorations within your daily tasks.
You will be a member of a cross functional agile team that have responsibility to deliver complete features according to the program increment planning including requirement specification, risk analysis, technical documentation, implementation of production code, testing code and testing of the implemented functionality.

Your main responsibilities:
Responsible for the test strategy and test management
Writing tests scripts
Testing the implementation
Programming in C++, CUDA, Python and other languages
Reviewing code
Participate in requirement identification
Participate in risk reviews
Participate in the cross functional agile scrum teams and contribute to the continuous improvement of our agile ways of working


The right stuff 
To be a suitable candidate for this position we think you have at least two years of work experience. You are a problem solver who has a burning interest in helping people through the development of medical technologies. You also have a master´s degree or similar and professional programming skills in C++. You also want to share and expand your expertise with other developers and are comfortable working in Windows and Linux environments. Since you will be responsible for the team´s test strategy, you preferably have a background within the test area (test scripts, automated tests, test management etc.).
It is also valuable with experience from container and cloud technologies such as Kubernetes and Docker.
