The preparation for our digital future is done in many different parts. The development is done in a human-centric mindset using Agile/DevOps practices at Design and Virtual Hardware Cluster.  You will work in a cross-functional team with end-to-end responsibility for operation, development, methods/processes, support, and training within the PDM area with a focus on Product Development, and realizing engineering solutions. The product is a mix of personnel from Digital, and several Business domains such as R&D, Sourcing partners, and Vendors. The product is a part of the Design & Virtual Hardware cluster. We deliver capabilities for Research & Development, Manufacturing Engineering, and Design, enabling hardware engineering and UX development, with responsibility for approx. 180 applications mainly within the CAx/PDM area.  Take the chance to apply for this unique position and be part of the automotive experience evolution!

What you’ll do
• Work closely together with business and transform their needs into technical solutions
• Support our business to gain speed, flow & efficiency, retaining high quality
• Secure a digital landscape that enables growth, scalability, and efficiency
• Analyze, design, code, test and debug existing and new solutions
• Work with the VCC PLM/CAD teams to innovate, sustain, configure, and customize VCC PLM/CAD environment to meet business requirements
• Provide quick resolution for production code issues
• Provide effort estimate for deliverables required to resolve business challenges
• Setup and maintain VCC PLM/CAD applications and their infrastructure to satisfy business needs
• Monitor PLM/CAD application’s health and provide recommendations for improvements to deployment and infrastructure
• Work collaboratively with end users of VCC CAD/PLM applications to understand their issues and work requirements.
• Develop and deploy automation solutions to reduce redundant effort and errors
• Develop and deploy integrations of the VCC PLM/CAD platform to other enterprise systems at the company
• Research, plan, and implement minor and major upgrades (e.g., code updates and new software releases) to the VCC PLM/CAD platform with internal team members and partners
• Contribute to the development of automated test scenarios
• Confront disruptive and uncertain environment
• Work with continuous improvements, combining research & innovation

Who you are:
We’re looking for you who have 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer or full stack developer, working with C#, .NET and .NET Core frameworks, CATIA Composer suite, products, installation, setup, and maintenance, Dassault Systèmes DSLS licensing, and FlexLM licensing technology. You have experience with automotive product development and industries with an emphasis on physical product development and manufacturing.  We see you have functional experience in product development in the Automotive domain.  You have experience in planning activities and integration management in an engineering and supplier collaboration environment. You possess Knowledge of Agile development practices, preferably SAFe Framework, and are fluent in English with great communication skills.

As a person, you are motivated and proactive, have good communication and cooperation skills, you are business and performance-oriented, and enjoy working in a team but also have the capacity to work efficiently with a focus on expected deliveries.
The position is located in Gothenburg.
