Within the product team In Store Stock Optimization, we are now looking for a Software Engineer/Developer to cover solutions and improvements from allocation, through stock optimization and fulfillment of orders to customers, stores, and partners. In Store Stock Optimization mission is to make all our inventory available to our customers in the most profitable and sustainable way possible. By performing RFID and SIC inventory counts in the stores, this product team brings transparency to H&M store stock. With this transparency, In Store Stock Optimization can take actions to ensure size availability in the stores and secure that our customers can find what they expect to find at each location.
Responsibilities
As a Software Engineer/Developer, you must have good communication and analytical skills in order to identify the core of a problem and investigate multiple solutions. You will work alongside a Product Owner, Business Experts and other Software Engineers in an agile team, therefore you should have experience within agile ways of working. Furthermore, you will also work with:
• Incident handling
• Configuration
• Development
• Test/Verification
• Support
Who are you?
We believe you have at least 7 years of experience in development, testing and support and have at least 1 end-to-end implementation. You should have experience working on SAP MM/SD functional modules particularly with development focus. You are self-initiating and are not afraid to take the lead, you are open-minded, outgoing, sociable and are familiar with handling many touchpoints. You should also have strong communication and presentation skills and are able to explain technical information to non-technical people. Furthermore, we believe you have:
• Advanced ABAP development (CDS views, ADMP, ODATA, Restful programming & BOPF)
• Web Dynpro ABAP
• UI5, FIORI
• Custom development
• Hand-on on eclipse
• CPI
It is beneficial if you have:
• Azure Microsoft services
• Clarity
• Retail background
• Atlassian JIRA
