It’s an amazing opportunity to be part of our digital transformation journey from the start and shape it for better. In this role, you will lead the technical execution of key initiatives—designing, developing, and optimizing solutions on the D365 F&O platform. Key Responsibilities:
Guide the D365 F&O Product Teams in development, configuration, and integration, ensuring scalability, performance, and technical excellence.
Lead by example through active contribution to code and configuration where necessary, while driving the team towards high-quality technical deliveries.
Work across product domains to deliver complex, rewarding solutions that meet the evolving needs of IKEA’s business and strategies.
Translate business requirements into technical solutions that align with our architecture principles and strategic goals, ensuring both functionality and performance.
Embrace agile methodologies for continuous improvement and iteration, working closely with product managers, architects, and domain experts.
To succeed in this role, you bring:
Proven experience providing technical leadership and overseeing development efforts in developing, customizing, configuring and integrating Microsoft D365 F&O.
University degree or experience in a relevant engineering field with strong knowledge of X++, C#, and the Dynamics 365 SDK.
Strong background in system integration and data flow optimization between ERP and non-ERP products.
Expertise in solution design and hands-on development, with the ability to guide teams through complex technical challenges.
Understanding of best practices for scalability, performance, and security in enterprise systems.
Experience in prototyping and working within an agile environment.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset to work effectively across domains and with a variety of stakeholders.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in IKEA's global digital transformation. Join us to shape the future of our ERP offering, build innovative solutions, and help drive IKEA’s continued growth and success!
