Software Engineering Manager to ECARX

YOU WILL

As Software Engineering Manager you will be responsible for supporting development teams for ECARX´s Digital Cockpit product based on Android Automotive OS. You will work closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters and other stakeholders to create a high performing organisation. You will play a key role, be part of the management team and report directly to the Head of Solution & Development Center.

Part of your responsibilities will be:

- Recruitment of new team members, retention and to be a driving force in shaping the collaboration and culture within the teams and between the teams.
- Coaching and to work proactively with competence development & growth ensuring that the right skills are within these cross functional teams.
- Understand team maturity, support and train the teams to take full accountability.
- Staying on top of tools, technologies and industry developments relevant to the work of the teams.
