PRODUCT SERVICES UNIT As part of Axis' R&D department, our unit is responsible to provide engineering services to non-R&D parts of Axis. JOB DESCRIPTION The Product Services team within R & D is looking for driven and innovative Software Engineers to work with them close to the market.As part of the Product Services team you will share responsibility for our customer service and sales organization in order to solve specific customer problems and add new functionality requested in deals.This demands the ability to find solutions to specific challenges.We therefore value creativity and the ability to work towards a goal with a deadline.The team also takes responsibility to develop product firmware releases to our existing product portfolio.This is a major challenge due to our wide range of products and we hope to find individuals with the ability to help us due this in a prompt and efficient way.
