You will be part of a strong and committed team of professionals within HVDC Service in Ludvika. Our department delivers Control, Protection & SCM (station control and monitoring) in HVDC Service upgrades globally.
Your responsibilities

Lead and take ownership of developing the team’s work processes

Guide, motivate and support a skilled team of software system integration engineers in the daily work, as well as creating a compelling vision ahead
The work includes entails occasional trips globally and you will collaborate with development engineers, designers, and customers in Sweden and abroad

Your background
As a person you have a passion for people and technology, are clear in decision making and have the right inner drive to take on full responsibility for your scope and deliver on time in a dynamic environment.
Technical background within software development or electric power transmission within HVDC.
You are a genuine team player that seeks and enjoys collaboration with peers and partners
Experience from managing people is highly qualifying and so is experience in industrial projects and knowledge of industrial control systems
You hold a university degree in preferably a suitable technology field or have work experience from similar roles.
Proficient in English since you will be part of an international setting where you will get to exchange knowledge with people from all over the world
Willingness to travel
