Software Portfolio Manager
The Surface Division is looking for a dynamic person to work in our automation project teams. Our drill fleet is leading the industry in cutting edge automation and this position will directly contribute to keeping our strong market position. You will work with our global teams and customers to develop advanced technology for the mining industry.

Mission
As part of the software development team for the Surface Division, the mission for the Software Portfolio Manager is to be responsible for the development to secure reliable world class software products for our fleet of autonomous surface drilling equipment. This mission is executed in an agile environment working closely with the cross functional project teams.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for software releases.
Work continuously to secure that product functionality is fulfilled according to legal and marketing requirements.
Create and maintain the process for software development and deployment.
Work continuously to improve the product development process for software.
Responsible for deployed software quality.
Responsible for deployed software cyber security.
Maintain current and future software portfolio to ensure delivery of marketing functional growth roadmap.
Your profile
You have minimum 5 years experience in a research and development environment as well as a Bachelor´s degree in engineering discipline.
Experience working with Software development, managing software development is a benefit.
Experience with heavy equipment and or development of heavy equipment is a benefit.
Experience working in an Agile development environment.
We see as a benefit having Software Quality Assurance experience.
You have a strong collaborative approach to problem solving, transparent and accountable in their day to day activities.
We expect you to be a team player and have the success of the business as priority 1.
As our company´s language is English, it´s fluent knowledge is a must.
Nice to have - Scrum master certification.
Location and travel
This position is located in Örebro, Sweden. Some business travel will be required, 10 % or less for a year. Some could be international.
